Since opening our doors in 1995, Precision's aim has been to be a full service supplier to the carpet tufting industry. Schmetz Needles
With this line of products Precision becomes the only U.S. Manufacturer of tufting wearable parts to distribute tufting needles. Precision and Schmetz partnership begins a partnership committed to quality tufting products worldwide.

Full Carbide Loopers
In 2004 Precision introduced the only full carbide looper in the industry. Since its introduction, over 250,000 of these parts have been manufactured. The full carbide looper is capable of running at speeds up to 1300 rpms, provides a solid cutting surface and cuts soft yarn systems cleanly. It has also proven effective at increasing looper life in machines with frequent yarn changes.

Qwik Switch Modules
With this line of products Precision becomes the only American manufacturer of module parts. The current product offering consists of a 1/8 and 5/64 gauge cut pile module (available in high speed steel and carbide insert) as well as 3/16, 5/32, 1/8, 1/10, 5/64 gauge loop pile module, and 1/8 and 1/10 gauge LCL. modules. American made modules allow Precision to supply you with consistent and reliable service.

Carbide Insert Loopers
In 1997 Precision became the first American manufacturer of carbide insert loopers. Since its development, Precision has continually improved the quality and breadth of this product line. With sales of over 1,000,000 parts since 1997, we feel our product has proven itself successful. Our goal is to continue growing this product line by seeking customers interested in new and innovative product lines.

DuraTex Tufting Blade
The DuraTex blade continues to grow and is now the only blade manufactured in the states. This ensures our customers have blades when they need them. Over 1,500,000 have been put into use in the last five years and their growth continues as more manufacturers recognize the quality and value of the DuraTex blade.
